What is a DTF Gang Sheet?
A DTF gang sheet (also called a "gang sheet DTF" or "custom dtf gang sheet") is a single sheet of Direct-to-Film transfer film that holds multiple printed designs at once. Instead of paying for each transfer individually with its own setup, you arrange all your designs together on one sheet, pay by total square inches, and cut the individual transfers apart after the sheet ships.

DTF Gang Sheet Application Instructions
After your gang sheet arrives, cut around each design with scissors or a craft knife. Press each transfer at 292°F with medium pressure for 8 seconds. Peel the film immediately — no cool-down required.
For best wash durability, do a final 5-second press over parchment paper to lock in the design.

Gang Sheet Artwork Requirements
To make sure your custom gang sheet prints exactly the way you designed it:

Resolution: 300 DPI minimum on all uploaded artwork. Lower-resolution files print pixelated

Background: Remove any unwanted background before upload — we print files exactly as we receive them, with no edits

File types accepted: PNG (with transparent background) is strongly recommended. We also accept JPEG, PDF, AI, and SVG

Final artwork: No design changes are made after upload. The arrangement you save is the arrangement we print
By placing your order, you agree the artwork and layout you save are final. Ink Masters DTF is not responsible for print issues caused by low-resolution files, unremoved backgrounds, or layout errors in the uploaded gang sheet.
